I'm the New Director of Vote16USA

I am thrilled to share that I will be starting the new year with a new role at Generation Citizen as the first-ever director of Vote16USA. Our goal is to lower the voting age to 16 in local elections. Thank you to Andrew Wilkes and Elizabeth Clay Roy for trusting me to lead this initiative!

Did you know that 16-year-olds have already been voting in local elections since 2013 in Tacoma Park, Maryland? I believe that empowering young people to participate in the democratic process is the next big thing!
